Wouldn’t that technically be Rick Jones, not Bucky? (Considering Bucky was busy being dead/a brainwashed Russian assassin-spy in and out of a cryogenic sleep at the time).

I think it should be Rick, but idk, I feel like he always looks about thirty years old in his various appearances, whereas Bucky manages to get drawn like an actual teenager.
